Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The original Nayara Jewelry tag must remain attached and undamaged

Every item includes a tag stating that it must remain on the item for a full refund. If the tag is removed, altered, or damaged in any way, the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Return Shipping

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
