Return & Refund Policy

At Nayara Jewelers, your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please review our return and refund policy before making your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Nose rings

  • Custom or made to order pieces

  • Clearance items and Items marked "Final Sale"

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nayarajewelers@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nayara Jewelers is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may return it for a refund and place a new order separately.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns that are unauthorized, worn, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
