At Nayara Jewelry, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or bridal seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to carrier delays beyond our control.


International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nayara Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Nayara Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or resolution if approved.
